Sky Sports:
Paris Saint Germain full back Jean-Hugues Ateba Bilayi is training with Newcastle United.
The Cameroon defender is on the periphery at Parc des Princes and is hoping to kick-start his career with a move to St James' Park.
Ateba Bilayi joined PSG from Nantes last summer but has been unable to nail down a regular place in the starting line-up.
The stopper was restricted to just eight appearances last season and played for PSG's reserves as the first team started the new Ligue 1 campaign by thrashing Metz at the weekend.
Reports in France now claim the 23-year-old has travelled to England to train with Graeme Souness' Newcastle squad this week.
PSG are unlikely to stand in Ateba Bilayi's way if he impresses The Magpies, with Souness looking to build on Craig Moore's signing by adding further depth to his defence.
